DELF (Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue Française) and DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française) are official qualifications awarded by the French Ministry of Education to certify the competency of candidates from outside France in French language.

DELF and DALF can be used for immigration to Canada, Québec, as well as for the admission to French universities and in the process of naturalization.

These certificates are valid for life. DELF and DALF consist of six independent certificates that correspond to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (more details : click here).
